• Respond to comments and support requests

Data Retention

Gameplay content (e.g., chat messages and prompt answers) is deleted within minutes after each game ends. Account basics (e.g., name and email) are retained while your account remains active or as required by law.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers that help us operate our services (e.g., hosting and infrastructure) under strict processing agreements, and as required by law.

Data Security & Access Controls

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Only team administrators with a legitimate need to manage the products have access to the database. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we want to emphasize that no sensitive personal data is saved unless you choose to provide it within gameplay.
